Make the monthly quote clear
Long-term rates are quoted for the selected accommodation and dates. We do not publish one monthly price that applies to every unit or season. Ask for the total and each inclusion in writing, especially when comparing a monthly arrangement with a nightly booking.
- Rent, applicable taxes, payment schedule and any security deposit.
- Electricity, water, internet and whether usage limits apply.
- Cleaning, laundry, pool care and maintenance responsibilities.
- Cancellation, early departure, visitors and extension conditions.
Try your actual routine
During an exploratory stay, make room for ordinary tasks as well as beach days. Shop for groceries, try the journey you would use regularly and check your working setup during the hours you need it. If you are bringing children, arrange school discussions independently and test the commute before committing to a longer move.
Ask about access from parking, stairs and the exact location of bedrooms. Working remotely? Check desk space, the unit's internet connection and your backup options. A holiday photo cannot answer every practical question about a longer stay.

Extensions depend on availability and agreement on the additional dates and price. Ask early, particularly if your stay overlaps busy dates.
Can I book the accommodation before arranging lessons?
Yes. Check your house or condo dates first, then confirm instruction, boards and transport separately. Do not assume these extras are part of the accommodation price.
